Registration – The registration fee of $40 covers the enrollment of the student for one whole year. It is a one-time payment per year and is non-refundable.

up

Tuition and Payment Terms - Tuition is based on 16-20 weeks per semester. Payment of tuition is due in full at time of registration. The tuition payment for the first semester is due in full by September 1; and the tuition payment for the second semester is due in full by January 1. Tuition is pro-rated for students who enter after the school year has started. Tuition can be paid by personal check, money order or cash. “Belle Arti” Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, unused tuition will be refunded or credited. “Belle Arti” occasionally offers special semester discounts. Please check with the Office for details. All tuition and schedules are subject to change.

up

Recital - A $20 performance fee is applied to each student per semester. In the event a student cannot perform in the recital, the performance fee will be credited.

up

Returned Checks - If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, subsequent payment is required by cash, money order or certified check. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.

up

Withdrawal and Refund - If you choose to withdraw, a full refund of tuition will be made before the first class; 75% after the first class. There is no refund after the second class. There is no tuition refund for students who enrolled after the school year started and received prorated tuitions. Requests for refund must be in writing. The Registration fee is non-refundable.

up

Missed Class - Students and parents are responsible for all missed lessons, and are asked to inform the school in advance. Teachers are not required to make up lessons missed by students. In addition, students and parents are responsible for being on time for all lessons, as lesson time cannot be extended if the student is late.

up

Credit Policies - Credits will be given for the following reasons:
-  School is forced to close for emergency reason.
- Teacher is absent and cannot reschedule the lesson.

up

Parents’ Responsibilities - We ask for the cooperation of parents and caregivers. Parents and caregivers have the responsibility to be in full control of their children’s behavior, providing a safe and productive environment for all children and at all times to remain within arm’s reach of those children. In order to maximize the learning process of your child, we recommend that parents or caregivers sit in class.

up

Health Policies - Students are to wash hands before their lesson begins. It is clear that many illnesses can be avoided by the simple act of washing one’s hands. We have provided plenty of soap, towels and hand sanitizer for students to use. No food or drinks are allowed in the studios.

up

Music Theory Class - This class is required for all students taking private instruction in any instrument.

up

Schedules - Schedules are made based on family needs. School is open Monday to Saturday from morning to evening, creating a perfect option for home scholars.
